These terms apply when you use iCampNow ("iCampNow", "we", "us"): our website (www.icampnow.com), the campground booking site (client.icampnow.com), the campground management site (backoffice.icampnow.com), and the text messages and emails we send. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
What iCampNow does
iCampNow is software that campgrounds and RV parks use to take reservations, payments and site orders. When you book a site, your booking is with the campground, not with iCampNow. The campground is responsible for your stay, its rates, its rules, and its cancellation and refund policies. Please read them before you book, and contact the campground about your stay.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be an adult (the age of majority where you live) to create an account or book.
- Don't misuse the service: no fraudulent bookings, no attempts to access other people's accounts or data, and nothing that disrupts the service.
Bookings and payments
- Prices, taxes and any amount due at booking are shown before you pay.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe and go to the campground. An iCampNow booking fee, shown before you pay, may be added to online bookings.
- Changes, cancellations and refunds follow the campground's policies. Ask the campground directly.
- A booking isn't confirmed until you receive a confirmation.
Text message (SMS) program
Program: iCampNow reservation updates. If you opt in, you'll receive text messages about your reservations and site orders, for example a booking confirmation and a notice when an order is delivered to your site. Campground staff who add a phone number in their settings receive texts about new site orders.
- How to opt in: tick "Text me updates" when you create your account, or turn on text updates on your My Bookings page. Opting in is never required to book.
- Message frequency varies with your bookings and orders.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message, or turn off text updates on your My Bookings page. You'll get one message confirming you've opted out, and no more after that. To start again, turn text updates back on in My Bookings and reply START.

- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We handle your number and consent as described in the text message section of our Privacy Policy. We don't share them with anyone for marketing.
Campground accounts
Campgrounds using iCampNow are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, rates and policies, for honouring bookings made through the service, and for having permission to contact their guests. Staff must keep their sign-in details private and use the service only for their own campground.
Availability and changes
We work to keep iCampNow running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may change or improve the service. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Limitation of liability
iCampNow is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, iCampNow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for a campground's acts or omissions, including the condition of the campground and anything that happens during your stay. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited by agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using iCampNow after a change, the updated terms apply.
